Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Saraha and all those who are struggling with sleep problems. Lord, you are the giver of rest and rejuvenation, and we ask that you grant them a peaceful and restful night's sleep. We pray that you would calm their minds and ease any anxieties or worries that may be keeping them awake. Help them to cast all their cares upon you, knowing that you care for them .
Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in their sleep patterns. May they experience the deep peace that comes from knowing you and trusting in your provision. We pray that you would guard their hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus, just as your Word promises . May they find comfort and solace in your presence, knowing that you are with them always .
Father, we also pray for physical restoration during their sleep. We ask that you would heal any underlying health issues that may be causing sleep disturbances. Bring balance to their bodies and minds, and restore them to optimal health. We trust in your healing power and believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think .
Lord, we thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your perfect timing and know that you work all things together for the good of those who love you . May Saraha and all those struggling with sleep problems find comfort and peace in your presence, and may they wake up each morning refreshed and renewed.
