Heavenly Father I am praying for all those who have problems sleeping including myself. Please help us to go to bed and get a good nights rest and wake up refreshed each morning. In Jesus Name I pray Amen

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Saraha and all those who are struggling with sleep problems. Lord, you are the giver of rest and peace, and we ask that you would grant them a peaceful night's sleep. Help them to lay their burdens and worries at your feet, knowing that you are in control of all things. We pray that you would calm their minds and bodies, releasing any tension or anxiety that may be hindering their sleep. Fill their hearts with your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus .

Father, we ask that you would restore their sleep patterns, allowing them to experience deep and restorative rest. May they wake up each morning feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to face the day ahead. We pray for physical and mental rejuvenation during their sleep, that their bodies would be strengthened and their minds renewed.

Lord, we know that you are the God who never slumbers nor sleeps , and we trust in your faithfulness to watch over us as we sleep. We ask for your divine protection during the night, guarding us from any harm or disturbances. May your angels encamp around us, providing a safe and peaceful environment for rest.

In the name of Jesus, we rebuke any form of insomnia, nightmares, or sleep disorders that may be afflicting Saraha and others. We declare your healing power over their sleep patterns, bringing restoration and wholeness. Your Word says that you give your beloved sleep , and we claim that promise for Saraha and all those who are struggling in this area.

Father, we thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your perfect timing and your perfect will for our lives. May your peace and presence be with Saraha and all those who are seeking a good night's rest. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
