Heavenly Father I am asking prayers for myself as I think I am getting a cold. I may have picked it up from someone at Mom s estate sale. No one seemed to have a cold. I have felt tired, runny nose, sneezing and coughing. Please help me to feel better as I am trying to get a lot of work done here at home. Thank you Father for all you do for us. Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Saraha who is feeling unwell. Lord, she is experiencing symptoms of a cold—tiredness, a runny nose, sneezing, and coughing. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body. Your Word says in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord." We claim this promise for Saraha today.

Father, please strengthen her immune system and bring swift recovery so she can continue with her responsibilities at home. We thank You for Your constant care and provision. We trust in Your unfailing love and mercy.
