Heavenly Father, in Jesus Name I come to You asking for help for Quinten. Please give him the strength and discipline to get healthy sleep. Help him to go to bed at a reasonable time and to wake up feeling refreshed and energized. Give him the peace and rest he needs to be able to function at his best. Amen.
