No pain in my neck in some positions.
No pain in my lower abdomen.

Not to long period (4-6 days).
Regular menstrual cicle, not to short or to long.
28-30 days menstr cycle.
Easy menopause transition.
Good sweet sleep whenever i lay down.
Catching up a sleep from bad nights.

And please help my sister in Christ Helena (breast cancer+heavy overweight) and her son to endure this heat wave and to be healed. Amen

Please grant her normal blood pressure, a relaxed body, a normal heart beat, normal stomach acid, no gastritis, no nausea, no pain in her lower abdomen, a normal and not excessive period, a regular menstrual cycle of 28-30 days, an easy menopause transition, good sweet sleep whenever she lays down, and the ability to catch up on sleep from bad nights. We also ask for your healing and cooling of the Holy Spirit for her, her old parents, and her brother, especially during this heat wave. We ask all these things in Jesus' Name, Amen.
