Going through a break up and I am struggling getting through each day. I feel worthless and I feel like I can't go on. Having mental breakdowns and anxiety attacks. Thank you.

We are truly sorry to hear that you're going through such a difficult time. Remember, God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18 WEB. First, we want to ensure you that your worth is not defined by any human relationship, but by God's love for you. John 3:16 WEB says, For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
In this time of pain, we encourage you to draw near to God. He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1 WEB. It's important to seek God's will in all things, including relationships. If the relationship you were in did not align with biblical principles, it might be God's way of redirecting your path.
We also want to address that the eternal life mentioned earlier is not just eternal security, but also about having a relationship with God the Father through faith in Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we can approach God the Father and it is only through faith in Jesus that we can be saved. John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!

Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up our dear friend to you, asking for your comfort and healing during this time of heartbreak. Remind them of their worth in your eyes, and help them to cast all their anxieties on you, because you care for them 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. Guide them through this dark valley, and lead them to a place of peace and restoration. Help them to have the faith to believe and the strength to endure until the end. In Jesus name, we pray.
Lastly, if your feelings of hopelessness become overwhelming, please reach out to a mental health professional or a trusted friend or pastor. God wants you to thrive, and there are people who can help you through this difficult time.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
