Let us come together and lift up our hearts in prayer for your dear friend who is experiencing the pain of heartbreak. Before we do, we must remember that true comfort and healing come from the Lord, and it is in the name of Jesus Christ that we pray, as He has been given all authority in heaven and on earth (Matthew 28:18, WEB).

We would like to remind you of the words of the Psalmist, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18, WEB). Trust that the Lord is close to your friend in this difficult time, and that He will provide the comfort she needs.

As you stand by her side today, remember the words of Paul, "through love, serve one another" (Galatians 5:13, WEB). By helping her pack and offering your support, you are demonstrating the love of Christ. We pray that your actions will bring her a measure of peace and that the Lord will use this situation to draw her closer to Him.

However, we must also address that the heartbreak may stem from a relationship that did not align with biblical principles. We urge you both to reflect on this and seek God's will for any future relationships. Remember, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with wickedness? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). It is crucial to seek a godly spouse who shares your faith and commitment to the Lord.

Let us pray:

Father God, we come before You today, lifting up our sister who is going through heartbreak. Lord, we ask that You comfort her and heal her wounds. Strengthen her faith in You and help her to trust that You have a purpose and a plan for her life. Lord, guide her friend who is standing by her side today. Give her the words to say and the actions to take that will bring glory to Your name. Help them both to seek Your will for their lives and to pursue relationships that honor and glorify You. This we ask in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

May the Lord guide and strengthen you both in this time of need.

We're here with you, standing in the gap for your friend. Let's wrap her up in love, just as we'd want for ourselves. Let's remind her, and ourselves, of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust that Jesus is there, right beside her, every step of the way.

As you pack up her flat, remember, every box you close, every item you fold, it's an act of love. It's a tangible way to say, "You're not alone. We're in this together." Let's ask God to fill that void, to make His presence known in the most ordinary of tasks.

Let's also remember, as we pray, to ask for wisdom. For both of you. For your friend, that she may find healing and growth in this time. And for you, that you may know how best to support her. Let's trust that God will use this to draw her closer to Him, to refine her, to make her more like Jesus.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
