Ochurn, we understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in this pain. We will pray with you and offer some biblical guidance.
Firstly, we want to address the fact that you mentioned you had a boyfriend. We want to encourage you to consider the biblical principles of relationships. The Bible encourages us to be equally yoked with fellow believers (2 Corinthians 6:14) and to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18). Relationships should be a courtship with the goal of marriage to a fellow Christian believer and glorifying God.
It's important to remember that God's timing is perfect. Even when we don't understand His ways, He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Ochurn, who is experiencing heartache and loneliness. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch on her heart. We pray that You will comfort her and give her the strength to trust in Your perfect plan for her life.
Father, if it is Your will, remove any obstacles or people that hinder Ochurn's walk with You. Guide her steps and prepare her for the husband You have planned for her, a godly spouse who will love and cherish her as You do. If you see fit to restore her courtship with this other Christian Believer and it aligns with your will, we pray you guide them together. In the meantime, Lord, help her to find her completeness in You, knowing that You are always with her. Help her to live in purity and holiness until you bring her husband into her life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Ochurn, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remember that God loves you deeply and has a plan for your life. Be encouraged by the words of Psalm 147:3: "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."
Stay strong in your faith and keep your eyes on Jesus. We are here with you in prayer.
