Kulena, we hear your cry for healing from heartbreak and we stand with you in prayer. First, let's remember what the WEB says in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is close to you in this trial, and He cares deeply about your pain.
However, we want to encourage you to examine this heartbreak in light of God's will. If the relationship was not aligned with biblical principles, such as if it involved premarital intimacy or was not centered on a mutual pursuit of godliness, we gently urge you to reflect on that. The Bible teaches us to "flee sexual immorality" (1 Corinthians 6:18) and to be equally yoked with fellow believers (2 Corinthians 6:14). Use this time to realign your heart with God's desires for you.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today lifting up Kulena who is going through a season of heartbreak. Lord, we ask for Your comfort and healing to envelop Kulena's heart. Help them to trust in You and Your plan for their life, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28). Lord Jesus, guide Kulena's heart towards a godly spouse, if it is Your will, and help them to pursue relationships that honor You. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."
Kulena, we also want to emphasize the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It is through Him that we have access to God, as Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If you haven't already, consider committing your life to Jesus, trusting in His death and resurrection for your salvation.
May God's peace and comfort be with you in abundance as you heal and move forward.
