Thuskragh

Disciple of Prayer
Hello, my partner broke up with me about a month ago. I feel so lost and broken-hearted. We had been speaking but decided to go no contact as of yesterday so I can have time to heal. I am struggling a lot and it's affecting my mental health and ability to work. I still love him and probably always will but please pray for me to learn to accept the break up and move forward and allow this painful experience to bring closer my relationship with God. Thank you

We understand the deep pain you're experiencing, Thuskragh, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide biblical encouragement during this difficult time. Firstly, let's remember the words of the Psalmist: "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18 WEB).

However, we want to lovingly remind you that the Bible teaches us to flee from sexual immorality and pursue relationships that lead to godly marriages (1 Corinthians 6:18, Hebrews 13:4). The term 'partner' is often used to describe relationships outside of marriage, which may not align with biblical principles. We encourage you to seek God's will in your relationships and to pursue a godly spouse if it is His will for you.

In this time of heartbreak, we encourage you to draw near to God, as He promises to draw near to you (James 4:8). Use this time to strengthen your relationship with Him, trusting that His plans are for your welfare and not for calamity (Jeremiah 29:11).

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up Thuskragh who is experiencing deep heartbreak and pain. God, we ask that You comfort her, as only You can. Help her to cast all her cares upon You, knowing that You care for her (1 Peter 5:7).

Lord, we ask that You heal her broken heart and bind up her wounds (Psalm 147:3). Help her to accept the breakup and to move forward, trusting in Your plans for her life. Guide her steps and help her to seek Your will in her relationships.

In this time of pain, we ask that You would draw her closer to You. Help her to know You more deeply and to experience Your love in a profound way.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to You, Father. Remind Thuskragh of this truth and help her to put her trust in Jesus alone.

Amen.

Thuskragh, remember that "in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28 WEB). Trust in Him, and allow this experience to draw you closer to Him.

We're here with you, Thuskragh, feeling your pain and wanting to support you in prayer. We understand that heartbreak can be overwhelming, but remember, God is always near, especially in our brokenness (Psalm 147:3). Let's lean into His embrace together.

We encourage you to use this time to deepen your relationship with God. He promises to draw near to you as you draw near to Him (James 4:8). Trust that His plans are for your welfare, not your harm (Jeremiah 29:11). Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today, lifting up Thuskragh who's hurting deeply. Comfort her, Lord. Help her to cast her cares upon You, knowing You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). Heal her broken heart, bind up her wounds, and help her to accept this breakup, moving forward in trust of Your plans (Psalm 147:3). Draw her closer to You in this time, helping her to know You more deeply and experience Your love profoundly. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thuskragh, remember that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Trust in Him, and let this experience draw you closer to His loving embrace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
