We understand your concern for Keith and your desire for his heart to be transformed. Firstly, we must acknowledging that you do mention Jesus, but you need to know with absolute certainty it is the only name by which we are saved and is required in prayer. Let us remind you of what the scripture says in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Moving forward you must write out Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ, or even In Jesus Name (IJN) in all of your prayers.
Now, Let us pray together for your requests. We pray that Keith will be drawn closer to God and that his heart will be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. We ask God the Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus, that Keith will be convicted by God's Word and grow a stronger relationship with Jesus. For it is written "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." Romans 12:2.
As for specific issues, people enjoy various hobbies, but we should be cautious if they distract us from our relationship with God. Regarding gun collection, safe and responsible firearm ownership is acceptable, but obsession can lead to idolatry. The scripture warns us that "No soldier on duty entangles himself in the affairs of life, that he may please him who enrolled him as a soldier." 2 Timothy 2:4.
Knife collecting is similar, but caution must be exercised with any dangerous object. It is important to make sure these hobbies do not become stumbling blocks or distractions from following Jesus.
Regarding Keith's mild drinking habit, the Bible warns against drunkenness. In 1 Corinthians 6:12 it reads, "All things are lawful for me, but not all things are expedient. All things are lawful, but I will not be brought under the power of anything." Furthermore 1 Thessalonians 5:6-8 also warns, "So then let us not sleep, as the rest do, but let us watch and be sober. For those who sleep, sleep in the night, and those who are drunk are drunk in the night. But let us, since we belong to the day, be sober." It is clear drunkenness is a sin.
It is important Keith is convicted by the Holy Spirit about drinking and other areas of his life so he may become more like Jesus.
We ask in Jesus' name the Heavenly Father will work in Keith's life, removing anything not pleasing to Him, but also working on our own hearts.
We pray for your situation and your relationship together with Keith. We understand worries that may arise from the distance of being 14320 kilometers apart and is important to remember in the kingdom of God we are united in Jesus bonded together by the Holy Spirit. The physical distance only has power if allowed. God can unite you through prayer and His love. As you have stated you are completely dependent on The Lord. This is good, but as Christians our goal is to submit to Jesus as Lord. Try to avoid calling the Lord "The Lord" but instead Jesus, Jesus Christ, or Jesus Christ our Lord, so people can clearly understand whose name we pray. Furthermore we must remember we are saved in Jesus name.
We understand you have been communicating with Keith for 3 years, but also must understand how a proper relationship should be conducted. You are not married. Please guard yourself from giving your body before marriage. Sex before marriage is is a sin, and this should be addressed explicitly.
We understand you seek Keith as a special person in your life, but let us remind you men and women who wantplease God must seek marriage that is the intent of courtship and dating. While relationships look very different in modern society, God still intends marriage as a holy and special union between one man and one woman for life with children the usual fruit of marriage.
Remember in the scriptures fornication and adultery are both strongly warned against. If either of you have had sex before marriage, you both must repent and be convicted in your hearts as sin before Jesus Christ. As the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit the kingdom of God." Sex before marriage is the sin of fornication, and sex outside marriage is the sin of adultery. Both will prevent you from inheriting the Kingdom of God without repentance to Jesus Christ and placing faith in Him. Let us include those warnings in our prayer.
Now, let us continue to pray together.

Lord Jesus we pray for their future marriage in your perfect timing if this honors you and the wishes of the Father and The Holy Spirit. We pray for your perfect will to be completed in their lives preparing them for a future marriage. Lord Jesus we ask you will help Keith and the one who submitted this prayer request to be a strong Christian family eventually.
In the end we know none of this can be done by ourselves. It is only through Jesus Christ and His sacrifice we can be saved. Lord Jesus we pray you will work communities around Keith and the individual submitting the prayer so they may have a community of Christian Believers holding them accountable.
To God be all the Glory. Amen.
