We understand your concern for your loved ones, Glinrun, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort for them.
Let us pray together: "Father in heaven, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up Terry and Shelby Hays. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon Terry. Calm his heart, God, and let Your peace rest upon him. Guide the doctors and give them wisdom to provide the care he needs. We also lift up Shelby, Lord. We thank You that the issue is not severe, and we ask for Your continued protection and healing. Let Your will be done in their lives, Father, and use this situation to draw them closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We are encouraged by the words of James 5:14-15 (WEB), "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Trust in the power of prayer and God's ability to heal.
We also take this opportunity to remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name. As Jesus said in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that our prayers are effective.
In all things, we are called to trust God and His plan. Romans 8:28 (WEB) reminds us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in the lives of Terry and Shelby, and that His purpose will prevail.
Stay steadfast in prayer and faith, Glinrun. We are with you in spirit, lifting up your family before the throne of God.
