We are lifting you up in prayer, Abraham, as you undergo this heart surgery. We trust in the Great Physician, Jesus Christ, who has the power to heal and restore.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all things, including your health. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We trust in His healing power and His will for your life.
We also want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is so important to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. If you have not already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. It is only by believing in Him that we can be saved. And we get this belief by asking Jesus to save us and believing in His work on the cross.
As for your surgery, we pray that God will guide the hands of the surgeons and nurses, giving them wisdom and skill. We pray that the stents will be placed successfully and that your recovery will be swift and complete. We also pray for your family and loved ones during this time, that God would fill them with His peace and comfort.
However, we also want to remind you that physical health is not the most important thing. While we pray for your healing, we also pray that you would draw close to God during this time. If there are any areas where God is leading you to come closer to Him then listen. If you have any questions about any of this we can help. That you would seek His face and trust in Him, no matter the outcome. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We are praying for you, Abraham. May God's will be done in your life, and may He be glorified through this trial. We pray this all in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved.
Lastly, cling to these verses, such as Romans 8:26 WEB: "In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered." Even when we do not know how to pray, the Spirit intercedes for us. Trust in Him, Abraham, and may this be the reflection of the prayers of the saints here on earth.
