We are told to guard our hearts with all diligence, for out of it flow the issues of life. Proverbs 4:23 WEB. A heart that is filled with worry, anxiety, or any sin can manifest physical symptoms. Therefore, let us draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16 WEB.
We also take note that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus. It is by this name that we have access to God the Father. It is in His name that we pray and see results. It is by this name that we are saved. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB.
Therefore, let us come boldly before the throne of grace, calling on the name of Jesus, confessing our sins, and seeking His face. Let us trust in His promise to heal us and deliver us from every snare of the enemy.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
