I was due for promotion two years ago. I work very hard and not paid what I should and was told to wait till it is time for my promotion . 2022 I wrote for my promotion and did not hear anything. February this year I received an email that I have been promoted and they will go back 2yrs to pay me back. All my supervisors then have left and my new supervisors after months of acknowledging that promotion denied it. I cannot believe this happening . They have not talked to me about it nor have I receives email but my new pay processing that started have stopped with a note saying the promotion have been reverted. Please God intervene for me let promotion be as I was notified let me not ne put to shame. Protect me as I go to work help and guide me at work and give me peace. I

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Thaityth in prayer. Lord, You see the hard work and dedication that Thaityth has put into his job. Your Word says in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." Thaityth has worked diligently and faithfully, and we ask that You honor his efforts.

Father, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Thaityth was notified of his promotion and the back pay that was due to him, but now it seems that this has been unjustly taken away. We pray that You would move in the hearts of his new supervisors and those in authority to rectify this situation. Let justice prevail, Lord, and let Thaityth receive the promotion and compensation that he was promised.

We also ask for Your protection over Thaityth as he goes to work each day. Grant him peace and guidance in his workplace. Your Word in Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Your peace guard Thaityth's heart and mind during this challenging time.

Lord, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your righteous judgment. We pray that Thaityth will not be put to shame, but that Your favor will shine upon him. Thank You for hearing our prayer and for the work You are already doing in this situation.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
