We understand your desire for a permanent home, Tyworeld, and we join you in your petition to the Lord. However, we want to ensure that our prayers are aligned with God's will and that we are seeking Him through His Son, Jesus Christ, as He says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Tyworeld. Lord, You know the desire of their heart for a permanent home. We ask that Your will be done in their life. Please provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to trust in You, knowing that even Jesus did not have a place to lay His head (Matthew 8:20, WEB). We ask that You give them patience, strength, and wisdom to wait on Your timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Also, consider Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." As you draw near to God, He will draw near to you (James 4:8, WEB).

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
