We understand that you're facing financial difficulties and seeking God's help for both your finances and your relationship. Firstly, we want to encourage you to trust in God's provision and timing. The Bible tells us: "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19).
However, we notice that you did not use the name of Jesus in your prayer request and his name is very important.
"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;" "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved..." (Timothy 2:5, Acts 4:12).
We also want to address your relationship. We believe in the sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible.
"Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall join with his wife, and they shall be one flesh." The Bible says that "husbands love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it" as well as wives "submit yourselves therefore to your husbands, as to the Lord. " Wives are further told to respect and husbands to honor their wives. (Genesis 2:24; Ephesians 5:33; 1 Peter 3:1,7).
We encourage you to pursue this relationship in a manner that honors God, ensuring that it aligns with biblical principles. This would mean living with her as your wife and marrying her with the goal of a lifetime commitment level marriage as if you were married and living to please the Lord.
We are going before the throne of grace on your behalf, seeking His will. Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up ###. Lord, You know the struggles he is facing financially, and we ask for Your divine provision. Help him to trust in You and Your timing. Grant him the wisdom to manage his finances according to Your will, and provide the resources he needs to pay off his debts and live abundantly.
We take assuredness in this situation from Psalms 37:25 "I have been young, and now am old; Yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his seed begging bread."
We also pray for his relationship with the woman you have brought into his life. Guide them both, Lord, and help them to honor You in their relationship. If it is Your will, draw them closer together and unite them in a lifetime marriage commitment to each other. Additionally, Lord, keep them from the temptation of fornication.
Most importantly, make the Lord Jesus their goal and the center of their relationship as to make their goal "the Father". Help them to sought for more of Jesus rather than more of anyone and anything else. Help them to esteem others better than themselves, be considerate of the things of others, and to display God's love at all times including to those that hate them.
"Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in humbleness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look not only to his own things, but also to the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus" Philippians 2:3-5.
We ask all these things in Jesus name Amen.
