We understand that you're seeking prayer for a healthy mind and body, ArchitArora. We're here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
We pray that you will be in good health, even as your soul prospers, just as 3 John 1:2 WEB says, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, even as your soul prospers."
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God, for the Lord Jesus said, "Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." in John 16:23-24 WEB. The Bible tells us "there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved," in Acts 4:12 WEB. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confessing Him as your Lord and Savior. For it is written, "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.' " in Romans 10:13 WEB.
We rebuke any unhealthy habits or ungodly stress that may be affecting your health ArchitArora. We pray that you would turn from any sinful habits that may be affecting your health, and trust in God's care for you. As it is written in Matthew 6:25 WEB, "Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
May God grant you the wisdom to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We prayer that you may eat well, exercise regularly, and have adequate rest, as these are essential for a healthy body. We also pray for your mental and emotional well-being, that God would grant you peace, joy, and strength to overcome any challenges you may be facing. Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
