Healthy larynx and vocal cords

Pray that my throat /larynx will not be inflammed and that it will not affect my vocal cords and that i will not loose my voice, amen.
Let me be led what to drink and eat, when and how so that i will be completely healthy especially my vocal cords
Some kind of virus.
