Healthy eating, sleeping, exercising habits.

Weight loss. Coming to my perfect weight - on cca 77 kg. I am 170 cm high.

Gastritis and depression/anxiety affects my health, sleep and eating. I am without friends and husband. Pray that God will fullfill the desires of my heart. Good hearted and beneficial people long lasting relationships in my life.
