We want to echo what was said earlier about trusting God with all your heart, and how our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. But we also want to remind you of the power of community. Let's pray for God to send you encouraging friends and loved ones to walk this journey with you, to hold you accountable, and to celebrate your victories along the way.
And hey, let's not forget the power of praise! When anxiety tries to creep in, let's flood our minds with worship and thanksgiving. As it's written, "You are my strength, I sing praise to you; you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble" (Psalm 59:17 NIV). Let's declare that over you, right now!
