Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Jennifer who is struggling with chest palpitations and the anxiety they are causing. Lord, You are the God who sees her and knows her heart. Your Word tells us, "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). We pray that Jennifer would feel Your comforting presence right now and that You would calm her heart and body.
1. **Healing for Palpitations**
Father, we ask for complete healing over Jennifer’s chest palpitations. You are the Great Physician, and Your Word declares, “For I will restore you to health and heal your wounds” (Jeremiah 30:17). We trust in Your power to heal her heart and remove these troubling symptoms. Give her peace and strength as she waits on Your healing touch.
2. **Relief from Anxiety**
Lord, we ask that You take away the anxiety that is overwhelming Jennifer. Your Word says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God” (Philippians 4:6). We pray that Jennifer’s heart will be filled with peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
3. **Renewed Faith and Trust**
Father, we know that sometimes it feels like our prayers go unanswered, but Your Word says that You hear us when we call (1 John 5:14). Strengthen Jennifer’s faith, Lord, and help her to know that You are listening, that You care for her deeply, and that You are working in her life even when it’s hard to see.
Lord, give Jennifer the wisdom to take the steps that may help her feel better, and comfort her in this season. We pray for guidance for her doctors, and that they would find the answers she needs. Surround her with peace, hope, and strength. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.

**A note to Jennifer:**
As I’m praying for you, I want to share that I have experienced similar chest palpitations too. I’ve found that taking deep breaths when it happens helps calm me. I’ve also been avoiding caffeine, and that seems to make a difference. You are not alone in this, and I pray you find relief soon.
