Apallios, we are with you in spirit and in prayer as you continue to recover from your illness. We are reminded of God's promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh.
Firstly, we want to commend you for your determination to regain your health and strength. It is important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, as stated in 1 Corinthians 6:19, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own."
As you strive to regain your weight and health, we encourage you to seek God's strength and wisdom. Psalm 103:2-3 tells us, "Praise Yahweh, my soul! Don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."
However, we want to gently remind you that it is not only physical health that is important, but also spiritual health. We noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we can be saved and have eternal life.
Let us pray together:
"Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ, we lift up Apallios to You. We ask for Your healing power to manifest in their life. Help them to regain their weight and strength, so they can return to school healthier and stronger. Lord, we also pray for their spiritual health. If Apallios has not yet accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we pray that they would do so now. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to connect with a local church or Christian community. You mentioned that you are alone, but remember, God has called us to fellowship with one another. As it is written in Hebrews 10:24-25, "Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching."
