Health, strong nails, thick dense voluminous hair

Please pray for strong hair. (no falling off, not fragile but strong hair, voluminous, luxuriant, strong, healthy, thick, dense hair like it used to be couple months ago)
Please pray for strong nails. (no dammages, no splitting)

Give me strategies:
1) taking supplements, vitamins....
2) changing my diet
3) remove obstacles for my good sleeping, eating and exercising habits
4) remove sadness, depression, nervosity etc.
5) give me health of my whole body and good circulation
6) i need also your intervention/healing touch into my hair and nails health and in general

God place Your angels all around me to cover and protect me from all sickness, evil, hurt, harm, danger, accidents, the plans of my enemies, and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God deal with my enemies according to Your Word. And God please protect me from getting all Covid variants. Show me what to do, what not to do, where to go, where not to go, and what to take to stay safe and protected from all Covid variants. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love, and care about.
