We understand your concern for your older parents, your brother, and yourself, and we join you in praying for God's guidance and provision during this time. It's important to remember that God cares for you and your family, and He wants the best for you. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Firstly, we notice that Jesus is not mentioned, so we want to remind you of John 14:6 where Jesus said I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.

You've mentioned a desire for great health, strength, excellent memory, optimism, good mood, vision for life, and a positive mindset. These are all commendable things to pray for, and we find encouragement in Romans 12:2 WEB: "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."

Regarding the care for your older parents, it's important to approach this situation with love, patience, and wisdom. We are reminded of Ephesians 6:2-3 WEB: "Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with a promise: "that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
