We understand your distress, Gawalder, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this struggle. We'll stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, let's address the anxiety you're experiencing. The Bible tells us, "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). It's important to remember that it's not the will of God for you to live in constant anxiety, but He wants you to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Regarding your health, we believe that God is our healer. "He forgives all your sins; he heals all your diseases." (Psalm 103:3 WEB). We pray that God will touch your body and heal you of every disease and every infirmity. We pray that He will guide the doctors and specialists who are treating you, giving them wisdom and discernment to accurately diagnose and effectively treat your condition.
However, we want to encourage you to keep your focus on God, even in the midst of this trial. The Bible tells us to "count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. But let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing." (James 1:2-4 WEB). This doesn't mean to be happy about the trial, but to find joy in knowing that God is using it for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today lifting up Gawalder. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their body. Guide the doctors and specialists, giving them wisdom and discernment. Lord, we also pray for peace in Gawalder's mind. Help them to cast all their anxieties upon You, knowing that You care for them. Comfort them with Your presence, Lord. Help them to keep their focus on You, trusting that You are working all things together for their good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We also want to remind you, Gawalder, that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you haven't already, we encourage you to accept Him as your Lord and Savior. "Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB).
Stay strong in the Lord, Gawalder. We are praying for you.
