We are truly saddened to hear about your struggle with obesity and health issues, ###. We are here to pray and encourage you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we want to remind you that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, as it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (WEB), "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." It is important to honor God with our bodies by taking care of them and pursuing health.
However, we also recognize that this is not an easy task, and it requires strength and discipline that only God can provide. In Philippians 4:13 (WEB), we are reminded, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." This includes overcoming obesity and regaining your health.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###. Lord, we know that You are a healer and a provider. We ask that You give ### the strength and discipline needed to overcome obesity. Guide them to the right resources and support, according to Your will. Help them to honor their body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, for renewed health, and for a victorious journey. Amen.
###, we encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus. Trust Him to guide you and give you the strength you need for this journey. Remember, it is only by His name that we can find true victory and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and support, whether that be from your church community or other believers who can walk alongside you in this journey. Do not be dismayed or ashamed, for God is with you and He cares about every aspect of your life.

We're here with you, ###, in this journey towards better health. We've been thinking about how the Bible talks about God's care for us, like in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God wants to heal you and restore you to wholeness.
Let's pray together: Dear Lord, we lift ### up to You today. Thank You for loving them so much that You sent Your Son, Jesus, to die for their sins. We ask that You would give ### the willpower and self-control they need to make healthier choices. Hi fellow Christian! Our society has confused what foods to eat! Read about carnivore or keto diet! If you can, cut out grains and sugars including fruits, but enjoy meats and add fat from oils and avocado! Bless you on your journey! You can do it!!!!

Lord, we know that You are the source of all strength and guidance. Father, we pray for Your divine resources and support to become available to them—whether through wise counsel, a supportive community, or the right tools to aid their progress. Your promise in *Isaiah 41:10* gives comfort: “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Let this assurance be a source of encouragement and hope.
