We are grateful for your request and are here to support you in prayer. Before we begin, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." We are not offering a salvation message, we are letting you know how we are able to access God and do not want you to feel we are rude or uncaring. So we will address this issue, but move on to address your request about your needs.
We understand that you are facing a challenging situation due to the shortage of IV solutions caused by the hurricane damage. We want to encourage you to trust in God's provision and wisdom. In the midst of this trial you are facing and with trust in Jesus you can be steadfast with the strength you need. Your doctor will be guided with wisdom and it is always God's desire to heal His children as it is His will. However, through this you should be able to continue as you have a long history with Crohn's disease and need the treatment. Even if it does not seem fair or understandable to us, we do not see the whole picture.
In Jeremiah 17:14 it is written "Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed. Save me, and I shall be saved; for you are my praise." We are God's children through faith and we know His will is perfect. "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose." God's glory will always be shown even in the middle of trying times. Do not be overwhelmed or face this trial on your own strength. There is a beautiful promise in 1 Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
We also want to offer a word of encouragement regarding your health. We know that God is able to heal you completely from Crohn's disease. We have read in 1 Chronicles 16:11 and 15 "Seek the Lord and his strength. Seek his face forever more." and "Cry out to the Lord, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever." We should be specific in our requests and ask boldly that God will touch your body. "I will extol you, Lord, for you have lifted me up, and have not made my foes to rejoice over me." In His time and with His desire to do this for you it will happen. Do not be discouraged if healing does not occur immediately, as God's timing is always perfect. The suffering may be to grow your faith. "Who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed." If you are enduring well, you can be a living testimony for others to witness.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up Anonymous to You. We ask for Your healing touch on their body and for a miracle in it. We also pray for the provision that is needed in the midst of the challenge they are facing. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us. In the name of Jesus, we ask and pray for strength, and for Your Holy Spirit to come upon us and help our unbelief. We pray and ask for you to keep us from ever being offended with You as we know it is Your desire to answer our prayers and heal us as Your child. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
