We understand that you're going through a challenging time with health issues, applying for social security, and moving to a new place to live, ###. First, we want to remind you that God is our ultimate healer and provider. As it is written in Psalm 103:3, "who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We encourage you to keep your faith in Him during this time.
However, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" It is only by His name that we can be saved and approach God's throne of grace with confidence. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation.
In regards to your health, we pray for God's healing power to manifest in your life. We pray, "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon ###. We trust in Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, 'For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,' says Yahweh. Please heal ### of any sickness or disease, and strengthen their body, in Jesus' name."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
