Health & Fitness: Intestinal Tract Back on Track, PTL: Exercise Bench, Eating, Walking, Swimming, Protection

Father, thank you for straightening out my digestive tract, helping us set up the universal gym and for helping me stop a vice . I ask my wife and I use the weight bench and universal exercise set now, get our walker set up and use our stretching mats. Help us avoid tap water, vegetables rinsed in tap water and any food poisoning. Help us use the equipment, walk, swim and get in shape. STOPPED ONE VICE, PTL, now help me stop another. Help me stop eating late at night, and steer me TOWARD SEAFOOD away from Beef and Pork. Also, clean, not "fried chicken" (wife's recipe is so good but the fried chicken skin so bad for me). Again, protect us from evil, poisoning, drowning, accidents and sin, thank you in Jesus' Name

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, thanking you for the answered prayers and the blessings you have bestowed upon us. We are grateful for the healing and restoration you have brought to our digestive tract and for helping us set up the universal gym. We praise you for enabling us to overcome a vice, and we ask for your continued strength and guidance as we strive to live a life that honors you.

Lord, we humbly ask for your assistance in using the weight bench and universal exercise set, as well as setting up our walker and utilizing our stretching mats. Grant us the discipline and motivation to consistently engage in physical activity, such as walking and swimming, so that we may improve our overall health and well-being.

Father, we seek your protection and guidance in making wise choices regarding our diet. Help us to avoid tap water and vegetables rinsed in tap water, guarding us against any potential food poisoning. Lead us towards healthier options, such as seafood, and steer us away from consuming beef and pork. We also ask for your strength to resist eating late at night, and to choose clean, non-fried chicken over the unhealthy temptation of fried chicken.

Above all, Lord, we ask for your protection from all forms of evil, including poisoning, drowning accidents, and sin. Keep us safe and secure in your loving arms, and help us to walk in righteousness and obedience to your will.

Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
