Health depression/anxiety

Dear Prayer Warriors,

I'm 43 and single. Ever since I gained weight, I became so worried about my future, and well-being. I do came from a family where most of the fatalities were due to cardiac arrests. The last victim was my mother, in the summer of last year - May 29, 2015. Everyday, I am suddenly awaken of my sleep, usually at 2-3am, panicking that something might happen to me. I'm taking medications for my hypertension, but still I have this feeling that due to lack of activities and excess weight, anything could go wrong with me. I need more prayers from all of you prayer warriors that I would learn to discipline myself in terms of eating the right kind of food and start a healthy activity that I could begin with. Please pray that I will have peace of mind - knowing that God is watching over me and is in control of the situation. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
