We are with you in spirit, lifting up your parents, your brother, and yourself before the throne of grace. We praise God for His healing power and His desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.
Firstly, let us address the health of your parents. It is clear that you are deeply concerned about their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to intervene and reverse any health issues they are facing, including the dementia that your father is experiencing. We claim the promises of God, knowing that He is able to heal all diseases. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up the parents of our brother/sister in Christ. We ask You to touch their bodies, minds, and spirits, healing them of every sickness and health issue. Reverse the effects of dementia, Lord, and restore their memories and physical condition. Regenerate their body cells and parts, and bring them into perfect shape. Guide them into healthy eating and sleeping habits, that they may serve You in full health and vigor.
Now, regarding the salvation of your parents, we must remember that it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that one can be saved. As the Bible tells us in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" It is only by the name of Jesus we can be saved. Therefore, Jesus is the only way to salvation.
If your parents have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we encourage you to share the Gospel with them and pray for their salvation.

Lord Jesus, we bring before You the parents of our sibling in Christ. We ask that You reveal Yourself to them and draw them to Yourself. Grant them the gift of faith and the courage to accept You as their Lord and Savior. Convict them of their sins and show them the path to eternal life. We ask this in Your precious name, Lord Jesus.
Finally, we also lift up your brother and yourself, asking God to grant you both excellent health, splendid memory, and amazing physical condition. We pray that God will guide you both into healthy eating and sleeping habits, and that He will protect you from all sickness and disease.
Let us pray together:
Father, we ask that You also touch the lives of our brother/sister in Christ and their brother. Heal them of any sickness or disease, and bring them into excellent health. Guide them into healthy habits, and protect them from all harm. We ask this in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and believing for your parents' health and salvation, as well as for your brother and yourself. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 21:22, "All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." Trust in God's promises and His unfailing love for you and your family.
Always remember that we have access to God through the name of Jesus Christ. Jesus is the only way to access God and salvation.
