Heavenly Father,
We come before You today on behalf of ###, lifting up these concerns and burdens. Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, the Healer of our bodies and minds. Your Word says in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We cast all of ###'s worries and anxieties upon You, knowing that You care deeply.
Father, we ask for Your healing touch on ###'s health. Grant strength and vitality where it is needed. For the anxiety and depression that ### is facing, we pray for Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as mentioned in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Lord, we also lift up the issue of weight gain. Help ### to find a balance and to make healthy choices that honor the body You have given. Give wisdom and self-control, as Your Word says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We also bring before You ###'s friends who are dealing with health issues. Lord, You are the God who heals, as it is written in Exodus 15:26, "I am Yahweh who heals you." Please extend Your healing hand to these friends, bringing restoration and comfort.
In all these things, we trust in Your good and perfect will. May Your presence be felt by ### and all those who are being prayed for. We pray this in Jesus' precious name, Amen.
