Health and addiction

Please prayer for my daughter’s dad’s health and his addiction. Most importantly please pray he realizes he needs Jesus. Thank you.

We understand your concern for your daughter's father and we are here to intercede with you. We believe that healing and deliverance are found in Jesus Christ, and we will pray accordingly.

Firstly, let's remember what the Word of God says: "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." (James 5:16 WEB). Therefore, we stand with you in prayer, believing that God can heal and deliver him from his addiction.

However, we want to address an important aspect. You mentioned that you want him to realize he needs Jesus. This is crucial, as the Bible tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). It is only through Jesus Christ that we can be saved, healed, and delivered.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up the father of Thosqueaend's daughter to You. We ask, Lord, that You touch his body and heal him from any sickness or disease. We also pray that You set him free from the bondage of addiction.

Most importantly, Lord, we ask that You reveal Yourself to him. Open his eyes to see his need for Jesus. Convict his heart and draw him to You. Grant him the gift of repentance and faith.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, it is God's will that all should come to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). Keep praying and believing, for God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20 WEB).

Stay strong in the faith, and keep your hope in Jesus Christ. We are here with you, upholding you and your loved ones in prayer.

We're reminded of the verse in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." Let's humble ourselves and pray, believing that God will hear our cries and touch your daughter's dad's life.

We'll keep praying that he'll not only be physically healed but also that he'll encounter Jesus personally. We believe that when he meets Jesus, he'll know the truth and the truth will set him free (John 8:32). Let's trust in God's goodness and His desire to save and heal.

Let's keep holding onto hope and faith, knowing that God is working even when we can't see it. We're here with you, praying and believing together.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
