pls pray that God helps me to stay on diet of lo fat/lo cholesterol. i'm overweight fr/ eating too much. ended up w/ cardiac problems; one artery is 25% blocked!! It's a main artery in heart. The devil tempts me w/ fried foods, bacon, sausage, salami, ham--all the food one should avoid w/ heart issues.

Pray going forward that i choose vegetables/fruit whenever possible & that i can maintain my gym routine of exercise n swimming.
thx; i know the Lord saved me fr/ a heart attack; but chest still hurts @ times; have a f/u visit next thurs.

pls pray that God cont. to make me a bold witness for HIM wherever i go; also that friend doug bc a much much much stronger believer.
same prayers for sheldon, kenny, megan n frank, horace--that truly God's light will shine in their darkness of unbelief. Unbelieving xns that need more of God's word.
thx for all prayers that God will cont. to help me declutter all.
