We understand your heart's cry for your son Caleb, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will together in Jesus' name.
Firstly, let's remember the promise in Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB), "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, 'This is Zion, whom no man seeks after.'" We claim this promise for Caleb, that the Lord will restore his health and heal him from this psychological breakdown.
We also pray for the restoration of Caleb's relationships. In Malachi 4:6 (WEB), it is written, "He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse." We pray that the Lord will turn Caleb's heart towards his wife, children, and family, and their hearts towards him.
Moreover, we pray for his ministry. We are reminded of 1 Peter 4:10-11 (WEB), "As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms. If anyone speaks, let it be as it were the very words of God. If anyone serves, let it be as of the strength which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen." We pray that Caleb will be restored to serve effectively in his ministry, using his gifts to glorify God.
However, we must remember that healing and restoration come from the Lord, and we need to seek Him with all our hearts. In 2 Chronicles 7:14 (WEB), it is written, "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." We pray that Caleb, and indeed all of us, will humble ourselves, seek the Lord's face, and turn from any wicked ways.
Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus in your prayers, as it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

We pray for divine intervention and restoration in the mighty name of Jesus, amen
We're right there with you, praying for Caleb. We've been reminded of a verse in Psalm 147:3 (WEB), "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Let's claim this promise for Caleb, that God will heal his broken heart and bind up his wounds, bringing him wholeness and restoration.
We're also lifting up his relationships. In Colossians 3:14 (WEB), we read, "But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection." We pray that love will bind Caleb's heart to his wife, children, family, and ministry, restoring those connections and making them strong.
Lastly, we're praying for Caleb's ministry.
