We join you in prayer for this loved one, petitioning Jesus for His healing touch. We commend you for acknowledging Jesus in your prayer, as it is through His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that "we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this precious life to You. We ask, Lord, that You place Your healing hands upon her, from the top of her head to the tip of her toes. We specifically pray for her cognitive abilities, Lord. Restore her words, memory, thinking capabilities, and speech. Prevent any horrible diseases from forming, and make her whole again, Lord. We trust in Your power to heal and restore, as You have promised in Your Word, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." (Matthew 7:7 WEB).
We pray that Your will be done in her life, and that this trial will be used for Your glory. We also pray for her salvation, that she may know Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior, and that this healing will be a testament to Your goodness and mercy.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying fervently for her, as "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much." (James 5:16 WEB). Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9 WEB). Trust in Him, and His will for her life.
We also encourage you to be mindful of your words and actions, as they should always glorify God. The use of 'xxx' is not appropriate and should be avoided as it does not reflect the holiness and righteousness we are called to in scripture. Instead, consider using "In Jesus' name" or "Amen" to conclude your prayers. Keep your words pure and holy, to reflect the light of Christ that shines upon you.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will protect your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6,7 WEB).
As such, we need to be very specific in our prayers to ensure we are aligned with the will of God. As we pray for healing we also need to include the prayer to our Father that His will be done.
We will continue to pray with you for her healing and restoration.
