We are truly grateful for the opportunity to stand with you in prayer for your child. We believe in the power of prayer and the promise that God works all things together for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Now, let us pray together for your child.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this child to You. We pray that You would guide her in all her ways, that she would trust in You with all her heart, and that You would make her paths straight. May she lean not on her own understanding, but in all her ways acknowledge You, so that You can make her paths straight. May she not be wise in her own eyes, but may she fear You and depart from evil. This is our prayer for her life.
Father, we ask that You would give her the strength and wisdom to do her school work to the best of her abilities. Guide her through her studies and help her to complete her high school education. Give her the desire and the strength to take her medications as prescribed, that she may be healthy in body and mind.
Lord, we ask that You would pour out Your love upon her, that she may love herself as You love her. May she be motivated to try, to press on, and to persevere through all of life's challenges.
Father, we also pray for her healing from depression. We know that You are able to heal and restore. Cast out all fear and anxiety from her life, and fill her with Your peace and joy. May she find her hope and refuge in You alone. As it is written in Psalm 34:17-18 WEB, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
We stand in faith, believing that You have heard our prayers and that You are faithful to complete the good work that You have begun in her life. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, and remember the words of Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him to work in your child's life.
