We join you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, trusting in God's mercy and healing power. We stand in agreement with you, believing that our Lord is willing and able to heal and restore your son physically, mentally, and spiritually.
In moments of struggle, we find comfort in the words of Psalm 34:17-18 (WEB), "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is close to your son right now, ready to save and deliver him from the trials he is facing.
We pray that God will grant your son clarity of mind and relief from the constant auditory hallucinations and delusional beliefs. According to 2 Timothy 1:7 (WEB), "God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We rebuke any spirit of fear, confusion, or psychosis, and we ask God to fill your son with His power, love, and self-control.
It is crucial that your son discerns God's voice above all others. In John 10:4-5 (WEB), Jesus said, "When he has put forth all his own, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. They will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him; for they don't know the stranger's voice." We pray that your son will know and follow the voice of Jesus, the Good Shepherd, and that He will lead him to the right treatment.
We also pray for God's comfort and healing in every area of your son's life. We trust in the promise of Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB), "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeks after."
We praise God for all that He is doing in your son's life. Thank you for praying in Jesus' name, for it is only by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Continue to trust in God's goodness and faithfulness, knowing that He is working all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).
