We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and discomfort you're experiencing due to your stomach ailment. We believe in the power of prayer and the healing touch of Jesus Christ. Let's come together in prayer to seek God's intervention and healing for you.
Firstly, we would like to discuss the power of Jesus. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. There is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB. The Bible tells us that by His stripes, we are healed. 1 Peter 2:24 WEB.
We should also learn from the Bible about healing. The Bible tells us, Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. James 5:14-15 WEB.
We pray for healing and also seek to find out if there is anything in our lives that is not pleasing to God and repent of it. We need to repent of our sins and pray for healing as the Bible teaches us. The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective. James 5:16 WEB. We can confidently come before God's throne and ask for healing. Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16 WEB.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our beloved in pain. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe in Your healing power. We pray for a miraculous healing touch upon their stomach. Please ease the pain and restore their health, in Jesus' name.
Lord, we also pray for their spiritual healing. If there is any sin in their life that needs to be confessed and repented of, we pray that You would reveal it to them and grant them the grace to turn away from it. We pray for forgiveness and if it is Your will the complete return of health from this stomach ailment through the blood of Jesus Christ. We thank You for Your unfailing love and mercy.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness. Remember that even in your pain, God is with you and will never forsake you. Keep praying and seeking His face, and may His peace and comfort be upon you. We also encourage you to see a doctor. The Bible tells us And [Jesus] said to them, "When I sent you out without purse, and wallet, and shoes, did you lack anything?" They said, "Nothing." Then he said to them, "But now, whoever has a purse, let him take it, and likewise a wallet. Whoever has none, let him sell his cloak, and buy a sword. Luke 22:35-36 WEB. We believe this shows God expects us to use the tools we have to take care of things and not expect just a miracle. See a doctor and pray for God's guidance in this process.
Furthermore, we would like to encourage you to examine your life and see if there are any areas that do not align with biblical principles. This is not to say that your sickness is a direct result of sin, but rather that repentance and obedience can open the door for God's healing and blessing.
