We are truly sorry to hear that you were injured and are in pain. We will stand with you in prayer for your healing and comfort.
Firstly, if this is a very recent incident, we would recommend you to seek medical attention.
Let's focus our hearts on God:

We need to pray to God in the name of Jesus Christ. Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We ask for Your healing touch upon this person who was injured. Please let Your healing power flow through their body, especially concentrating on their back where they were punched. We pray against any permanent damage or broken bones, and we ask for Your miracle of healing.
Dear Father, we also pray for the pain to subside and eventually disappear. We know that You are the Great Physician, and there is no injury or disease that cannot be healed by You.
We also pray for the person who caused this harm. We do not know the situation, but we ask in the name of Jesus that your Holy Spirit would soften their heart and draw them to You. Help them to know the forgiveness and grace that can only be found through faith in Jesus Christ.
The Word of God tells us to "Rejoice in hope. Endure under tribulation. Continue steadfastly in prayer." Rom 12:12 WEB
Dear Father, as we wait for healing we know that You are working on behalf of those who love them. We know that if You can raise Jesus from the dead, You have the power to heal and restore this person.
We pray for guidance and protection for them during this time and that You would help them to be more careful and cautious in the future. We know that You can turn this situation into good and that this person can have a testimony of Your grace and mercy.
In Jesus' name, Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
