We are saddened to hear that you or others are not feeling well, and we are here to intercede on behalf of those in need of healing. We believe that God is the ultimate healer, and it is by the stripes of Jesus that we are healed 1 Peter 2:24. Who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today and remember those who are sick and in need of Your healing touch. They need your healing touch. We truly want to follow the example given to us by Your word, the Bible. We would like to remind you of the time when you were in Capernaum and healed many who had various diseases and were afflicted. They waited until the evening to come to you after the Sabbath had ended. The whole city gathered at the door. You healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons. You did not allow the demons to speak, because they knew You. We believe in You and that You still heal today. We pray this in Jesus' name.
Father, we need to see our sins and ask for Your forgiveness. We need to confess our sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective. We just want to be part of Your church and Your people. We want to be part of the healing of those around us. We want to be righteous people and pray for those who need healing.
Father, we pray for healing upon those who are ill. Lord, You know each one personally and understand their specific needs. We pray against any spirit of infirmity and sickness, and we command it to leave in Jesus' name. We ask You to touch each one, heal their bodies, and restore their strength. We thank You that no sickness, no disease, no infirmity can withstand Your healing power.
Father, we also pray for those who are suffering from emotional pain and trauma. We ask You to heal their hearts and minds, and to give them peace and comfort. We know that You are the Great Physician, and that You can heal even the deepest wounds.
We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins and rose again to give us eternal life. We know that it is only by His name that we have access to You, Father, and
