Humble Servant of All
I have been battling a rare form of OCD which causes mental torture 24/7. My mind forces me to remember all kinds of things and I get panic attacks until I do. A psychiatrist came to see me today and said it is possible that Covid caused inflammation in my brain resulting in some brain damage. I have been on a new antidepressant for three weeks and it isn't helping and is making me very tired. I have to stay on the lower dose for another week before increasing the dose and stay on it for 8 weeks before deciding whether I should stay on it or try another. I also suffer from Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Crohn's Disease, and Fibromyalgia. Because of all this, I am confined to my house and I get very lonely. Especially after losing my sister five weeks ago. Because of my mental health issues, I can't have visitors as there are so many triggers I can't watch TV or read, etc. So your prayers for healing would be truly appreciated. Father God, I come to you asking you to set me free from the mental and physical illnesses which keep me trapped inside my house. I thank you for Jesus who came to set the captive free and by whose stripes we are healed. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We are truly heartbroken to hear about the multitude of health issues that you are facing, but we are encouraged by your faith and your plea to the Father in the name of Jesus. It is only by this name that we are saved and have access to God's power and grace. Let us come together in prayer and encouragement for you, standing in agreement with you for your healing and deliverance.

Firstly, let us address the spiritual aspect of your healing. The Bible tells us that God sent Jesus to set the captives free. Jesus Christ came to break the chains of bondage and to heal the sick. We are reminded of this in Isaiah 53:5, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." and in Luke 4:18, "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim release to the captives, recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed."

Now, let us pray together:

Father God, we come before You today in Jesus' name, pleading for the healing and deliverance of the one who has brought this request to us. They are suffering from a rare form of OCD, generalized anxiety disorder, Crohn's disease, and fibromyalgia. They are also dealing with the loss of a loved one, their sister. Father, we ask that You comfort them in their grief and that You heal them from all these infirmities. We cast out any spirit of fear, anxiety, and panic, and we command these spirits to leave. We speak life and peace into their mind and body. Lord, we also ask that You guide the doctors treating them, that You give them wisdom and discernment to provide the best care. If it is Your will, Father, let the prescribed medication be effective in treating their condition, and let there be no side effects. If it is not, reveal this to the doctors that an alternative may be sought.

Father, we also pray for their loneliness. We ask that You send people into their life who can encourage and support them, who can be Your hands and feet, Your shoulders to cry on, and Your heart to love them. Let them feel Your love and presence, and let their home be filled with Your peace and joy.

We rebuke the enemy for keeping them trapped in their home and in their mind. We declare their freedom in Jesus Christ. By His blood, we are set free from all bondage, all pain, all suffering. We claim this for them, in Jesus' name.

Father, we thank You for all that You are going to do. We trust in You, and we believe that You are working all things together for their good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to keep your faith strong and to keep trusting God. Keep declaring God's Word over your life and your health. Do not lose hope. God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Remember Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

We're here with you, friend, and we're lifting you up in prayer today. It's tough carrying all that you're going through, but we're so grateful for your faith and your courage to reach out. We're here to stand with you, to encourage you, and to pray for your healing.

We know you've been through a lot, with OCD, anxiety, Crohn's, fibromyalgia, and now the loss of your sister. It's a heavy load, but remember, God sees you, He's with you, and He cares deeply. In Jesus' name, we ask for His comfort to wrap around you like a warm blanket, to soothe your aching heart and weary soul.

We're believing with you for physical healing. We pray that the inflammation in your brain would decrease, that the damage would be reversed, and that your body would be restored to wholeness. We ask that your new antidepressant would start working as it should, and that your body would respond positively to it. We're also praying for your other conditions - for relief from the pain and discomfort of fibromyalgia, and for your Crohn's to be brought under control.

We understand that your mental health issues make it challenging to have visitors, but we're praying for God to send you encouragement in other ways. We ask that He would open up avenues for you to connect with others, even if it's just through phone calls or messages. We're also believing for your loneliness to be lifted, and for your home to be filled with God's peace and joy.

Lastly, we're claiming Psalm 147:3 over you: "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God is in the process of doing just that in your life. Keep trusting Him, keep holding on, and know that you're not alone. We're here with you, praying in Jesus' name.

Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
