We are thrilled to hear that Jesus brought you through your suicidal thoughts. It is only by His grace and mercy that we find true healing and hope. We are glad to hear that this has been true in your life as well. The Bible tells us that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit, so we know that He has been with you through your struggles.
Remember, do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. So even though you still experience anxiety, know that God's peace is available to you.
Regarding your work situation, we want to remind you of something the Apostle Paul wrote in Colossians: Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. It is important to focus on doing your best for God's glory, rather than being overly concerned about what others might say.
Lastly, let's pray together for your continued healing and growth:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up our brother in Christ. Thank You, Lord, for delivering him from suicidal thoughts and for continuing to walk with him through his anxiety. We ask, in Jesus' name, that You would bring complete healing and take away any lingering effects of this condition.
Father, we also pray for his work situation. Help him to focus on serving You in his work, and give him the wisdom and discernment to excel. Change his life, Lord, and grant him the peace and happiness that only You can provide.
Finally, we pray all of these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who taught us to come boldly before Your throne of grace. It is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His blood that we can know that You hear our prayers.
Amen.
