We are saddened to hear about your son's illness and we are here to support you in prayer and counsel. Let's first address your son's healing by reminding you of the power of Jesus' name and His love for us.
First,
Don't worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petitions with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and be in health, even as your soul prospers.
3 John 1:2
Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.
James 5:16
Let us pray together for your son:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing touch for ###'s son. You are a loving and merciful God, and we trust in Your power to heal and restore. Please lay Your healing hands upon him, and remove the high fever and flu that has been troubling him. Replace his pain and sickness with renewed strength and a healthy body.
We also lift up ### and her partner, asking for Your divine protection and good health. We pray that You would surround them with Your love and guide them in Your ways. We also ask that you would consider providing a godly spouse for each of them if they are not married. We pray that you would convict them of any sexual sins that may be happening.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again for our justification. It is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed. Amen.
We rejoice with you, knowing that God hears our prayers and that He is faithful to His promises.
But, we do need to address a couple of things in your request. First, you mention a partner. As Believers, we should be looking for a spouse rather than a partner. Please, allow us to pray for God to provide a godly spouse for you and your current partner if you are not married.
Secondly, we rejoice with you that you have prayed in Jesus' name. We want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.
