We are truly sorry to hear about the health struggles you are facing, and we are here to pray and offer some biblical encouragement. First, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in times of pain and uncertainty. As it says in Psalm 34:18 WEB, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Regarding healing there are many examples in the Bible of people being healed and there is the promise in James 5:14-15 WEB, "Is any man sick among you? Let him bring in the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
While we know that God has the power to heal, we also recognize that his ways are not our ways, and his thoughts are not our thoughts. As it says in Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB, ""For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," says Yahweh. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.""
We also want to address the anxiety you mentioned. The Bible tells us not to be anxious about anything, but rather to bring our concerns to God in prayer. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Yeshua the Messiah."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to trust in God's goodness and sovereignty, even in the midst of your health struggles. As it says in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Now, let us pray for you.
Heavenly Father, we come before you today to lift up our dear brother in Christ who is facing health struggles and anxiety. We ask that you would bring healing to his body, particularly the lump on his left arm and hand, and the issues with his liver. We pray that you would also bring peace to his mind and heart, casting out all anxiety and fear. We ask that you would give him strength and courage to face each day, and that you would remind him of your constant presence and love. We ask all of these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
