Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in your darkest moments. As it says in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
We must also remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with our bodies as mentioned in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

We stand with you as we pray and claim this promise from the Bible in 1 Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man.
