We are here with you in spirit, Anonymous, lifting you up in prayer and trusting in God's healing power. We stand in agreement with you for healing, and encourage you to trust in Gods promises. Let us remind you to pray in Jesus name and that healing is only possible if it is God's will. We know that only through Isaiah. We know that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit and that we should be taking care of our bodies. If you are not already doing so, make sure you are eating a healthy diet. Fruits, vegetables, grains, and drinking lots of water is a good way to start. Try to limit the amount of processed foods and sugars. Additionally, if you are not exercising regularly, this would be a good time to start physical activities to help your body and gut to heal. God did design our bodies to move. If you are not doing so, make sure to spend time with God in prayer and in reading his word daily.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you lifting up our sister in need of healing. We pray against the spirit of fear that has gripped her and declare your peace upon her life, for you have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We stand on your promises including Psalm 103 2-3: Bless the LORD, my soul, and do not forget his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases.
We ask that you restore her monthly period, balance her hormones, and heal her digestive system. We rebuke any sickness or infirmity attacking her body and speak life and health over her. We also ask that you strengthen her faith and trust in you, knowing that you are able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.
We also pray for her doctors and healthcare providers. We pray that you will be with them and give them wisdom and knowledge to treat our sister.
Lastly, we pray that our sister will be filled with the Holy Spirit and with knowledge of God's will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives. We pray this so that she may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that she may have great endurance and patience.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to meditate on God's promises for healing and read scriptures such as Exodus 15:26: If you will diligently listen to the voice of the LORD your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am the LORD who heals you.
Also, consider James 5:14-16: Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, it will be forgiven him. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.
Lastly, remember that healing can come in different forms, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Stay connected to a community of believers for support and encouragement during this time. We are praying for you Anon and trusting in God's will and plan for your life.
