Continue to trust in God's goodness and mercy, and remember that He is always with you, even in the most challenging times. As you pray and believe, consider inviting others to join you in agreement for your mum's healing. There is power in united prayer, as Jesus said in Matthew 18:19-20, "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them."
Lastly, encourage your mum to trust in God and put her hope in Him, as it is written in Psalm 31:24, "Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who hope in Yahweh." Remind her that God loves her dearly and that He is always with her, even in the darkest of times.
