We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles you are facing with your son ###, and we are here to intercede and offer biblical counsel. Let's begin by praying for ### and your family.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before you for our prodigal son ###. Lord, you know the pain and heartache that his actions have caused. We plead the blood of Jesus over ###'s life, praying for your forgiveness, mercy, and grace. We pray for a healing of his mind, body, and spirit. We pray against any spiritual bondage or addiction in his life and we pray that every chain be broken in Jesus' name. Father, we pray for a miracle of deliverance and a changed heart for ###. We pray that he would turn away from his hateful behavior and from his drug use, and that he would turn back to you and to his family. Surround him with your love, and send people into his life who will speak your truth and life into him. We pray for complete restoration and reconciliation for ### and your family.
Now, let us offer some biblical encouragement and advice. Firstly, remember that God is faithful, and He will finish the good work He started in ###'s life. As it is written in Galatians 6:9 WEB: Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap at the proper time, if we don't give up.
It is crucial to understand that God has not forsaken you or ###. Even when we are faithless, He remains faithful to us. As it is written in 2 Timothy 2:13 WEB: If we are faithless, he remains faithful. He can't deny himself.
We also encourage you to speak the truth in love to ###, as instructed in Ephesians 4:15 WEB: But speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Christ.
Lastly, remember the power of prayer and intercession. As it is written in James 5:16 WEB: Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.
Continue to pray for ###, and trust that God is working in his life, even when you cannot see it. Stand firm in your faith, and believe that God will restore your prodigal son to you.

Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray for you and your son ###. We are honored that you invited us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting up ###, asking God to heal his body from drug addiction, but also praying for him to return to Christ. It has been several days since you first shared this request with us. If God has started to work in ###'s life, or if you see any answered prayers at all, please share a praise report with us if you have good news. Your news will be an encouragement to all of us to know to continue praying or to praise God for a breakthrough in his life.
If ### is still struggling with rebelliousness, hatefulness, and drug addiction, please feel free to post a follow up. We would appreciate the opportunity to pray, hoping that with constant prayer, eventually we will see positive changes in ###'s life. Let's pray that God will draw ### back to Himself. We will be here to support you, and please know that we are with you in this struggle, trusting always that our God will answer our hearts desire for ### to return to himself, and more importantly to his heavenly father who knows him by name.
